The Ring PoE cameras are not compatible with the Resideo control system. So I will have two parallel security systems.
Plus the Viking door intercoms, which can listen.

Ring doorbells need chimes, preferrably hard-wired.

There will be four wall telephones (kitchen, primary bath, basement, shed), plus the two intercoms. They can be Cat-3.

I have no floor plans for the basement, but that needs a wall phone and data jack. Data jack in ceiling above project tables.
